1. About Us

This website is owned and operated by Global Pharma Trading, a UK-registered and GPhC-regulated pharmacy. We provide online access to repeat prescription services, both NHS and private, in accordance with UK pharmacy laws. We do not sell medicines directly online.

2. Our Services

We enable patients to request repeat prescriptions via our online form. We may arrange delivery or collection of dispensed medication. We may take payment online for private prescriptions or services that are not covered by the NHS. We do not offer an online store or sell over-the-counter products through this website.

3. Regulatory Compliance

• We are a licensed UK pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and comply with all applicable UK laws including:

4. Eligibility to Use Our Services

5. Prescription Requests

• Our prescribers are registered healthcare professionals licensed to practice in the UK.
• By submitting a repeat prescription request:
  • You confirm the request is for yourself or someone you are legally authorised to represent.
  • You give consent for us to contact your GP to confirm the prescription.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to process requests that are clinically inappropriate or inconsistent with NHS guidelines.

6. Ordering Process

• Orders are subject to clinical approval.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for safety or legal reasons.
• Prescription orders will be dispensed only after validation.

7. Payments

• For private prescriptions or services:
  • Payment must be made in full before the item is dispensed or service is provided.
  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • We use secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
• NHS prescriptions are free unless you are required to pay the standard NHS charge.

8. Delivery

• We offer delivery options for eligible patients. By requesting delivery, you agree that:
• Medications are delivered to your UK address or nominated location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or incorrect addresses.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• NHS prescriptions cannot be cancelled once submitted to your GP or once dispensed.
• Private prescriptions may be refunded only if not yet dispensed.
• Refunds (if eligible) will be made to the original payment method.
• Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 3 days of receipt.

10. Your Data and Privacy

12. Liability

• Attempt to bypass consultation requirements.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new terms.
